Terms & Conditions OVO99 – Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined herein unless the context requires otherwise:

• "OVO99" – refers to the platform, website, and all services operated under the OVO99 brand at ovo99.biz.
• "Member" or "You" – any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the OVO99 platform.
• "Platform" – includes the website, mobile app, API interfaces, and all other OVO99 digital channels.
• "Wagering" – any form of wagering money on games, sports, or events available on the OVO99 platform.
• "Bonus" – credits, free spins, cashback, or any other form of reward granted by OVO99 to its members.
• "Rollover" – the minimum wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "RM" – Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency of Malaysia used for all OVO99 transactions.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ovo99 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number, ID number, or payment method is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.

Registration on OVO99 is free and does not require any payment. To complete registration, you will need to provide the following information accurately and honestly:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification
• A valid and active email address
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)
• Exact date of birth

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. OVO99 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold withdrawals if false or misleading information is found during the verification process.

OVO99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer)
• FPX – Online banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Connect

The minimum deposit is RM10 with no maximum daily deposit limit for members who have completed KYC verification. All deposits are processed within 30 seconds once verified by the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. The daily withdrawal limit is RM20,000 for standard accounts and may be increased for VIP members. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or local e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes after the request has been verified.

• Void bets will be fully refunded unless specific conditions apply

Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility between you and OVO99. You agree to:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted
• Notify OVO99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Do not access your account over public networks or on unsecured devices

OVO99 shall not be held liable for losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials. However, we will cooperate fully in any investigation involving unauthorised account access.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits – You can set your own deposit limits based on your budget in your account settings

In the event of account closure due to confirmed fraud, OVO99 reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account. For closures due to other reasons, any valid deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon completion of the investigation.

OVO99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
• Financial losses arising from a member's own wagering decisions
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the member's own negligence
• Interruptions or delays in transaction processing caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers)

OVO99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

OVO99 takes every member complaint seriously and is committed to resolving each one fairly and promptly. The complaints procedure is as follows:

2. Please provide full details including your account ID, the date and time of the incident, and a thorough description of your complaint
3. OVO99 will send an acknowledgement within 24 hours and provide a complaint reference number
4. The investigation will be completed within 3 working days for general complaints and 7 working days for more complex complaints
5. The outcome will be communicated via email or within the platform

All disputes are subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of competent courts. OVO99 encourages amicable resolution through its internal complaints process before any legal action is pursued.

OVO99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform unless otherwise stated.
